Cash on delivery
Cash payment on delivery – you pay cash to the driver delivering your parcel. To save time, always make sure you have the correct amount ready when the truck arrives.
Credit card VISA/Master Card
Credit card payment on delivery – credit card payment to the driver delivering your parcel.
If you choose the standard bank transfer option we will automatically send an advance invoice to your email. After receiving your payment we will send a receipt to the same email.
When paying by bank transfer:
please note that the delivery date depends on the date of your payment (we will ship the goods after receiving your payment)
please pay early to make sure the payment is credited to our account within ten working days from order confirmation; if we do not receive the payment within ten days we will cancel the order.
Online credit card payment
Use MasterCard or VISA for a secure and convenient online payment.
UPS parcel service
DPD is a parcel service usually delivering within 24 hours from dispatching. See below for more information on this shipping option.
- Shipping to: EUROPE
- Delivery days: working days only
- Delivery: usually within 24 hours (after receiving confirmation that your order has shipped) and within 36 hours when delivering to Slovakia. .
- o this only applies if you place order by 4:00 PM of the previous day * and if all the ordered items are in stock
- Delivery time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
If delivering to a private address, the driver should contact you by SMS providing the approximate time of delivery.
Unfortunately it is not possible to select a specified time of your delivery. If you miss the delivery, you will receive details about the term of the next delivery in your mailbox.
